Прекращено уголовное дело по признакам преступления, предусмотренного ч. 1 ст. 330 УК РФ "Самоуправство".

В судебном порядке, на основании ч. 1 ст. 125 УПК РФ, обжаловано постановление дознавателя о возбуждении уголовного дела по признакам преступления, предусмотренного ч. 1 ст. 330 УК РФ.

Дело закрыто в связи с отсутствием состава преступления,  обвиняемому предоставлено право на реабилитацию.

The criminal case was terminated on the grounds of a crime under Part 1 of Article 330 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation "Arbitrariness".

In court, on the basis of Part 1 of Article 125 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation, the decision of the investigator on the initiation of a criminal case on the grounds of a crime under part 1 of Article 330 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation was appealed.

The case was closed due to the lack of evidence of a crime, the accused was granted the right to rehabilitation.
